Unit kits are designed to extend and enhance the quality cognitive and social learning opportunities presented in your family child care homes. We have selected materials to encourage exploration in math, science, creative expression, physical growth, and language and literacy development. There are materials for individual, small group and large group experiences. Many units are available in both preschool and toddler versions. The following list describes the units currently available. Contact your consultant or the Satellite office to find out if the one you want is available. Let’s go play! Use the materials in this unit to get kids moving inside or out. Unfurl a 12’ parachute, play on the foam hopscotch set, try to outsmart your partner in a game of tic-tac-toe, and kick or toss the variety of balls. Be the coach of your sports team with official coaches’ clipboards. Resources books provide ideas for new active games. “Jump” to it and reserve this unit.
